Our chef and partner, David Angenend, spent years mastering the pit-smoke technique with his food-truck venture in Maine and now has built a place where you can sit back, sip a craft cocktail, and enjoy Texas-style brisket, pulled pork, and turkey breast—all slow-smoked to perfection.
Inspired by Texas tradition, our meats are prepared low and slow, flavored with house rubs, and finished with care. Add in Maine’s local ingredients and laid-back lounge atmosphere, and you have something truly unique: relaxed, social, and smoky in the best way.
